Mary’s Place , a program of Saving Grace seeks part-time Bilingual (Spanish) Weekend Coordinator/Lead Facilitator to coordinate supervised visitation and safe exchange services Saturday, Sunday and Monday afternoon and evening.This 25-hr per week position also provides visit and exchange services along with other weekend staff, conducts intakes and all services for Spanish-speaking families involved with Mary’s Place. Mary’s Place serves families where there are safety risks around parenting time due to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or child sex abuse.

One to two years’ experience working with at-risk families and prior coordination experience desirable.  Ability to work independently as well as with a team, highly organized, self-starter, flexible, non-judgmental and open-minded, able to maintain confidentiality, sense of humor, ability to practice self-care and maintain healthy boundaries while working with individuals in crisis.

Position is 25 hours per week, with a generous benefit package. Wages starting at $23.94/hr which includes a bilingual differential. Please see full job description for more info below.
