Mary’s Place Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Center (a program of Saving Grace) seeks a part-time (15 hours per week) Facilitator to provide supervised visitation and safe exchanges of children between parents in families with a history of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child sexual abuse. Services occur at our secure site in downtown Bend, OR.

Hours are Mondays 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Hourly rate begins at $21.10.

We’re looking for a flexible, quick-thinking, creative, open-minded, and compassionate team player with a sense of humor who can work respectfully with diverse families. The ability to de-escalate conflicts while remaining calm and professional is key. Work history or lived experience in human services, knowledge of child development, needs of at-risk families and immigrant communities and commitment to equity and inclusion desired.

Saving Grace does not have any degree or educational requirements or expectations.
