MP Program Coordinator/Lead Facilitator

Mary’s Place Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Center (a program of Saving Grace) is hiring a 25 hour per week part-time Program Coordinator/Lead Facilitator to provide supervised visitation and safe exchanges of children between parents, as well as to provide administrative and overall program support. Mary’s Place is a program of Saving Grace and serves families where there are safety issues around parenting time related to domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault or allegations of child sexual abuse.

Qualified candidates will have experience working with families in crisis, strong organization skills, the ability to remain calm under stress, healthy personal boundaries, and a commitment to treating all members of our community with dignity and respect. Experience working with domestic violence survivors and children desirable.

This position is 25 hours per week. Monday - Fridays with two evening shifts (Thursdays and Fridays until 9pm) . Some shifts are visit and exchange facilitation shifts and the other hours are administrative including orientations with new clients, scheduling of services, and client check-ins.

$22.80/+ per hour depending on experience, with a generous benefit package.
